United FIT is here to help you clear out the clutter when trying to figure out how best to exercise.  Did you know that as we age, our lean muscle mass naturally diminishes and the need for consistent strength and resistance training grows.  All our certified personal trainers at United FIT are here to provide focused, intensive strength & resistance training so you can build lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently throughout your day.  Through our small group training we focus on how to build capacity, power, and endurance of your muscles using dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight, and more!
